SHIPPING IN SINGAPORE

We offer free shipping on all orders within Singapore using SingPost Smartpac.

The package will reach you within 2 working days from the day it's shipped. The postman will deliver the package to your doorstep. If no one is around to sign for the package, he will leave the package in your letterbox. This saves you the hassle of having to queue up to retrieve your package at the Post Office.

If you prefer to have someone sign for the package, please top up S$7 for Ta-Q-Bin courier. The courier will deliver to you for up to 3 times. However, they will usually call you before sending the item to you to avoid re-delivery. This saves time and hassle for everyone.

Regardless of which shipping method you choose, your package will be properly packed to ensure that the jewellery is in good condition. We have used these shippers since we started our business and find them to be reliable. So, rest assured that your jewellery is in good delivery hands.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (ANYWHERE OUT OF SINGAPORE)

We ship all items using Singapore Post Registered Mail. They are reliable and our items usually reach places in Asia within 5 working days, and in Australia, USA and Europe within 9-14 working days. However, if you place is further from main cities, please allow more time for the items to reach you. The time frames listed above are approximate and for usual cases. However, sometimes they get delayed by reasons out of our control. If you need the items urgently, it is better to opt for expedited shipping using Fedex.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you need your items sooner, please select expedited shipping using our Fedex account which offers very reasonable rates. You will get your items within 3-5 working days anywhere in the world if you ship by Fedex.

Regardless of which shipping method you choose, your package will be properly packed to ensure that the jewellery is in good condition. We have used these shippers since we started our business and find them to be reliable. So, rest assured that your jewellery is in good delivery hands.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Your package contents will be labelled “Costume Accessories”. Some countries may impose custom duties or taxes for such products. The shipping charges you pay do not include some charges, should they be payable. Most items go through without any customs duties but sometime, your country's customs officer may decide to levy some charges that we have no control over. 

We are not liable for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in international deliveries and customs inspections. As much as we would like to, please understand that we have no control over these situations.


RETURNS

We happily accept most items, unused and unworn, within 14 days for a full refund or store credit. Exceptions are for personalized and customized pieces.
